Serialized Package Labels

The View Labels page contains a Serialized Package option in the Barcode Type options. These labels are based upon the values set for the division at the Division form\Mailroom tab (see "Division Mailroom Options" for more information).

Loading the Labels

To load the Serialized Package labels, please refer to the instructions that follow.

  1. Select Reports > View/Print Bar Code Labels. The View Labels page appears.
  2. Barcode Type field: click the dropdown arrow and select Serialized Package from the options that appear.
  3. Barcode Name field: click the dropdown arrow and select the label name from the options that appear.

    3. Serialized Package Label 3 x 2
    4. Serialized Package Label 3 x 5
    5. Serialized Package Label 4 x 2
  4. Quantity of Each field: select a quantity for each label that is generated by using the counter control or entering a numeric value.
  5. Click the Submit icon. The label report loads onscreen.
  6. The toolbar provides options for printing, exporting, or viewing a specific label page.

  8. To clear the criteria specific to this label, click the Reseticon. To run the same label report with different filter criteria, reselect the filters and then select the Submit icon; the label report will load onscreen
  9. When you are finished working with the label report, select another label report from the Barcode Type filter and the Barcode Name filter; the currently selected label report information and label report criteria will clear and the new label report criteria will load onscreen
